Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be made via our Return Procedure, the first step is to contact our service team for confirmation and the following rules need to be met.
- Product(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
- Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
- In some cases, return of the physical product may not be required.
- Complete the return or exchangerequest within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs for items that meet the return rules are covered by Navifalcon.
- The reason for the return is not our fault and the initial shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Dislike of design or look
Since each set is ordered for your vehicle and we offer personalized service, we do not accept return requests based on styles or colors that you do not like. You must pick the right color for your vehicle and make sure you like the product before placing your order. For colors and designs that you are unsure of, please consult service@navifalcon.com.
If a customer insists on returning a custom item, they will be charged a restocking fee of 40% of the initial order value to cover the cost of materials and workmanship.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible(service@navifalcon.com). We will send you a new set of floor mats and navifalcon will cover all costs. Photos of the damage, defect, or fitment issue may be requested in order to correctly process your request. Please don't discard the product until you receive a reply from Navifalcon, we may need you to send back them.
Order cancellations
We will assist with cancellation of an order or part(s) that have not been shipped and are not marked as non-cancelable / non-refundable items. Items that have been shipped already cannot be canceled or modified. Cancellations can be done online by submitting a request, or through our service team who can be reached via live chat or phone. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that sometimes products ship quicker than expected.
Billing & Refunds
The reimbursement amount will only be awarded once the item has been returned and inspected for damage and the item has not been used. If all these conditions are met, the client will receive a refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Google, Affirm, Check). Once the refund has been issued a confirmation email will be sent.
Please note
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the vehicle details and the delivery address are correct when making the purchase. We will not be responsible for incorrect delivery addresses.
